In particular, the Military Region 2 Newspaper plays a very important role; always proactive, active, closely following and promptly encouraging the officers and soldiers of the Military Region 2 Armed Forces as well as the Party Committees, authorities and people of localities.

In addition, the participation of informants and collaborators has contributed to enriching the content of Military Region 2 Newspaper, promptly conveying to readers events, new issues, typical advanced factors, good practices, creative and effective models in various fields of work... In particular, the team of informants and collaborators in the area has promptly reflected activities at the grassroots level; especially activities on prevention and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, search and rescue, and disease prevention. This has contributed to the success and development of Military Region 2 Newspaper in recent years.

At the conference, with two main topics: "Promoting local strength in coordinating propaganda on Military Region, Central and Local Newspapers" and "Improving the quality of Military and Defense Television", delegates exchanged and shared practical, useful experiences in building a team of reporters and collaborators, experiences in coordinating the creation of press products at grassroots units; difficulties and shortcomings that need to be learned from and need to be resolved together to make coordination more effective.

The opinions of the participants in the discussion show a comprehensive and diverse picture of press and propaganda activities in the Military Region 2, both in terms of leadership, direction and management; coordination to promote internal strength, the role of reporters and collaborators in improving the propaganda effectiveness of press products.
