The names of the following wards are expected to be arranged as follows: Ha Dong, Duong Noi, Yen Nghia, Kien Hung, Phu Luong.

On April 18, Ha Dong district deployed tasks according to Plan No. 03-KH/BCĐ dated April 16, 2025 of the Steering Committee for implementing the project to rearrange and reorganize commune-level administrative units in Hanoi city.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee held a conference to deploy Plan No. 03-KH/BCĐ, assigning the District Party Committee's Organizing Committee to advise the Steering Committee on drafting a notice assigning tasks to members of the Steering Committee and a plan to deploy the Steering Committee's tasks for promulgation before April 21, 2025.

The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee requested the Steering Committee to implement the merger and reorganization of commune-level administrative units and related units to implement the city and district plans. In particular, the District People's Council prepares the necessary conditions to organize an extraordinary session of the District People's Council to consider and issue a resolution approving the policy to implement the plan to rearrange wards on April 25, 2025.

The District People's Committee posts documents to collect public opinions on the District's Electronic Information Portal; sends opinion collection forms and documents to the Ward People's Committees to serve the propaganda work and collect public opinions. Focus on directing and guiding the Ward People's Committees to establish a People's Opinion Collection Team, organize meetings to deploy the Team's tasks, complete by April 19, 2025 at the latest and organize public opinion collection in the form of distributing opinion collection forms directly to household representatives, complete by April 21, 2025 at the latest.

Synthesize public opinions, prepare content to submit to the District People's Council meeting to issue a resolution approving the policy to implement the plan to rearrange wards on April 25, 2025. Synthesize and report the results of collecting public opinions and the results of the District People's Council meeting, and report to the City People's Committee no later than April 26, 2025.
