Speaking at the meeting, Colonel Le Van Huong informed the delegates of some main features of the current situation in our country's seas. At the same time, he expressed his respect and appreciation for the great contributions of generations of retired senior Navy officers in the provinces of the Southwest. He affirmed that it was the contributions of previous generations that contributed to creating a solid foundation for the continuous development of the Navy.
