Prudential sponsors MDRT Association, promoting success and developing quality consultants

Prudential plc (“Prudential”) has announced that it has entered into a three-year premier sponsorship agreement with MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table), the global association of leading life insurance and financial services professionals. The agreement is designed to accelerate the professional development of Prudential’s advisors, strengthening the foundation for driving agency channel growth and delivering greater value to customers. Ranked second in the Top 10 Multinational Companies, Prudential has one of the largest advisor teams in the world.

The sponsorship agreement was signed by Mr. Pankaj Banerjee, Group CAO of Prudential Corporation and Ms. Carol Kheng, MDRT Chair 2025. The agreement will kick-start a series of initiatives to inspire and empower Prudential’s agents to deliver the best customer experience. One of these initiatives is the MDRT recognition program, specifically designed to recognize Prudential’s elite agents who demonstrate exceptional professionalism and passion for their profession.

In 2024, Prudential Vietnam was ranked first in Vietnam and top 12 globally in the MDRT rankings, marking the second consecutive year that this enterprise has led in the number of MDRT members in the Vietnamese market, affirming its sustainable development strategy and continuous efforts to improve the quality of its consultant team.

Under this agreement, MDRT and Prudential are collaborating to develop specialized training and professional development programs that will accelerate the career growth of Prudential MDRT members.

With support from the MDRT ecosystem, Prudential will leverage the rich resources of the MDRT Academy, providing a solid foundation for consultants striving to achieve the MDRT designation. At the same time, Prudential will cooperate with the MDRT Center for Field Leadership to help business management teams enhance management skills, improve agency channel performance, and build a culture of excellence for the team. In addition, consultants will have the opportunity to access training content led by MDRT member experts.

These initiatives will empower Prudential MDRT members to enhance their capabilities, strengthen their business and professional reputation, and enhance the service they provide to their clients – thereby helping them build deeper and more lasting relationships with their clients.
