Some developments related to the Russia-Ukraine war:
The West has pushed itself into a dead end.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that the West decided to deal a strategic defeat to Russia in Ukraine, but they did not expect to put themselves in a dead end and were concerned that events would not proceed according to the planned scenario.
" The West simply drove itself into a dead end. First, it imagined a threat from Russia, then invented a story about how it would force Russia to suffer a strategic defeat. Then it began to manipulate the Ukrainian topic in all its nuances ," Zakharova said.
In addition, speaking about the fatigue of Western countries in supporting Kiev, she said, one could hear concerns that the situation was not going according to the scenario they had drawn up.
“ I think the West needs to adjust its position somehow ,” the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry added.

Revealing the secret appendix in Ukraine's "victory plan"
The secret part of the victory plan revealed by President Zelensky includes the targets that Kiev aims to target in its attacks deep into Russian territory, said Ukrainian presidential aide Mikhail Podoliak.
" The appendix says exactly what weapons should be used to destroy Russian logistics far from the front line, what targets should be attacked and how many weapons are needed for this ," Podoliak said.
Earlier, President Zelensky presented Ukraine's "victory plan" to the country's parliament. The plan includes five points: NATO membership, defense aspects, deterrence of Russian aggression, economic growth and cooperation, and post-conflict security architecture.
The plan reportedly includes three secret annexes that have been shared with international partners. Parts of the plan that have not been made public include a list of targets, a plan of action, and details of the weapons needed to carry out such attacks.
