Traffic diversion plan for the opening ceremony of Ninh Thuan Culture, Sports, Tourism and Cuisine Week 2025

Regarding prohibited routes and prohibited areas, including:

Hoang Dieu Street (from the night market area to April 16th Street), prohibited area from the intersection of Hoang Dieu Street and Tran Quang Dieu Street to the intersection with April 16th Street (island west of the Square).

Tran Quang Dieu Street (night market area behind April 16 Square), prohibited area from the intersection of Tran Quang Dieu Street with Hoang Dieu Street to the intersection with Nguyen Tri Phuong Street.

Nguyen Tri Phuong Street (from the night market area to April 16th Street), prohibited area from the intersection of Nguyen Tri Phuong Street with Tran Quang Dieu Street to the intersection with April 16th Street (island east of the Square).

April 16th Street (North and South branches of the Square), prohibited area from the intersection of April 16th Street with Hoang Dieu Street to the intersection with Nguyen Tri Phuong Street.

During the road closure, vehicles traveling from the city center to Binh Son beach will travel along the following route: April 16th Street - Hoang Dieu - Huu Nghi - Nguyen Tri Phuong to turn onto April 16th Street to Binh Son beach or April 16th Street - Ngo Gia Tu - Tran Quang Dieu - Hoang Dieu - Tran Nhan Tong - Nguyen Tri Phuong - Tran Quang Dieu (the road behind the townhouses of the Hacom Mall project) to turn onto April 16th Street to Binh Son beach.

Vehicles traveling from Binh Son beach to the city center will follow the following route: April 16th Street - Tran Quang Dieu (the road behind the townhouses of the Hacom Mall project) - Nguyen Tri Phuong - Tran Nhan Tong, then will go through the roads in the K1 area to continue towards the city center.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Police to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of Phan Rang - Thap Cham City and related units to develop a plan to ensure security, order, fire prevention and safety, and have a plan to regulate traffic to avoid traffic congestion in the areas where the above programs and activities are held; direct forces to strictly control checkpoints to the above routes during the period of road closure.

Assign the People's Committee of Phan Rang-Thap Cham City (the unit managing urban routes in the city) to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Police, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and related units to organize the installation of signs and traffic diversion according to the agreed plan; proactively coordinate with the Provincial Police in organizing strict control of checkpoints entering the above-mentioned routes during the period of road closure; direct the People's Committees of wards to arrange parking lots to ensure convenience during the organization of programs and activities.
