Phu Yen has only one real estate trading floor left in operation.
6 out of 7 real estate trading floors in Phu Yen province are no longer operating or have temporarily stopped. Comhomes Phu Yen real estate trading floor is still operating but was only established in early March 2024.
According to information from the Department of Construction of Phu Yen province, as of May 7, 2024, 6 out of 7 real estate trading floors in the province (all located in Tuy Hoa city) are temporarily suspended or no longer operating.
Four real estate trading floors are no longer operating, including Money (Dai Hung Ha Company Limited) which is no longer operating at the registered location; Comreals (Comreals Real Estate Company Limited) according to the notice of termination of operations of this enterprise; Hong Phuc Land (Hong Phuc Land Investment Consulting Company Limited) because the enterprise has been dissolved.
In particular, the real estate trading floor Viet Thanh Land (Viet Thanh Joint Stock Company) is no longer operating due to moving its address to Ho Chi Minh City.
Of these 4 floors, 1 floor was established in April 2018, which is Viet Thanh Land; 2 floors were established in 2020, which are Money and Comreals; the remaining floor was established in March 2022.
Two real estate trading floors have temporarily suspended operations, including Bich Hop (Bich Hop Company Limited) and Gia Thanh Land (Gia Thanh Land Real Estate Brokerage and Services Company Limited, temporarily suspended operations). The two floors were established in March 2018 and August 2020, respectively.
The real estate trading floor that is still operating is Comhomes Phu Yen, established by Comhomes Company Limited, located at Apec Mandala Wyndham Phu Yen Building, Hung Vuong Avenue, Ward 7, Tuy Hoa City. However, Comhomes Phu Yen Real Estate Trading Floor was only established on March 5, 2024 and the information was publicly posted by the Department of Construction of Phu Yen province on March 19, 2024.
Regarding Bich Hop Company Limited, previously on April 15, 2024, the Department of Construction of Phu Yen province mentioned that the unit has not implemented the regime of providing information on housing and real estate market as prescribed in Decision No. 20, dated May 31, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee (quarter IV/2023 and quarter I/2024) related to the Nam Hung Vuong Social Housing Project.
The fact that most real estate trading floors in Phu Yen province are no longer operating or have temporarily stopped operating is partly due to the fact that recently, the Phu Yen real estate market has had very little supply of newly completed projects.
Specifically, according to the People's Committee of Phu Yen province, in 2023, the locality only has 2 completed commercial housing projects put into use, including The Light Phu Yen Mixed-use Building Project (Conric Phu Yen Joint Stock Company as the investor) and the High-end Mixed-use Housing Project on the land south of Planning Road N3, Hung Vuong Street, Tuy Hoa City (HANO-VID Real Estate Joint Stock Company).
These two projects have a total scale of 1.3 hectares; the products provided are 176 apartments and 80 individual houses, respectively.
In addition, in 2023, the People's Committee of Phu Yen province issued a decision approving the investment policy for 1 housing project, the New Urban Area Project in the East of Hoa Vinh, Dong Hoa town with a scale of 29.6 hectares; adjusting the investment policy for 1 project, the Urban Residential Area adjacent to the North of Tran Phu Street (phase 1 - phase 1) in Tuy Hoa city with a scale of 1.85 hectares.
In 2024, Phu Yen province is expected to have 37 commercial housing and urban area projects (led by Tuy Hoa city with 22 projects, Dong Hoa town, Tay Hoa district, Phu Hoa district each have 3 projects...) with a total area of 106.15 hectares.
