This project has a capacity of nearly 15,000 people, including a 10,000 m² conference and exhibition center, a multi-purpose auditorium, an international press center, and an APEC square.
The complex includes a 69-storey iconic building, combining offices, 5-6 star hotels, a commercial center, a duty-free zone, a multi-purpose cultural and artistic palace, and a marina, promising to become a landmark of the century for Phu Quoc.
When completed, the above key projects, combined with existing projects on Phu Quoc Island such as the Kiss Bridge, Hon Thom cable car, Kiss of the Sea multimedia show... will contribute to the success of APEC 2027. After that, the projects will create a new mark for Phu Quoc, bringing sustainable value to tourism on the pearl island.
