

At the Vietnam Women's Museum, the wife of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and the wife of General Secretary and President of China Xi Jinping visited the exhibition room and listened to an introduction to the documents and artifacts at the museum to honor the beauty of Vietnamese women, while reflecting the development and changes in the role, position and life of women in society over time.
Professor Peng Liyuan sincerely thanked Ms. Ngo Thi Man for visiting the museum, which helped her better understand the diligence and courage of Vietnamese women.


Afterwards, the two ladies met and interacted with role models in education and girls in the goal of promoting education.
Listening to the sharing, Professor Peng Liyuan - Goodwill Ambassador of the World Health Organization for Tuberculosis and HIV-AIDS Prevention, UNESCO Special Ambassador for Women and Girls' Education expressed his impression of the examples of Vietnamese women and highly appreciated the role of education in changing the fate of many women and girls in difficult circumstances.

In a warm and intimate atmosphere, the wife of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, Ms. Ngo Thi Man, the wife of General Secretary and President of China Xi Jinping, and Professor Peng Liyuan enjoyed tea, watched the Ao Dai show, and performed Vietnamese traditional musical instruments.
The visit of the ladies left many deep impressions and was a valuable source of encouragement, strengthening friendship and connection and exchange between women and people of the two countries.
