At the training sessions, officers and soldiers of the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Department and local police provided general information on the fire and explosion situation, the results of compliance with the law on fire prevention and fighting and rescue at kindergartens, primary schools and secondary schools in the area; basic knowledge of fire prevention and fighting and rescue; fire prevention and fighting skills in families and schools; how to use fire fighting equipment and means; record management, building fire fighting plans at educational institutions; handling procedures when a fire or explosion occurs; how to rescue victims from a fire, etc.

The training activities aim to equip knowledge of fire prevention and fighting and rescue for a large number of cadres, teachers and students; thereby spreading the movement of the whole people participating in fire prevention and fighting, so that "each school is a fortress, each teacher and student is a soldier on the fire prevention and fighting front".
