Through inspection, it was found that this consulting clinic operates according to the health examination consulting model in the form of "contract for providing periodic health examination coordination services". WhiteCoat Company will sign health examination contracts with units that need periodic health examinations for employees, the places for health examinations are hospitals and clinics with health examination functions.
In Ho Chi Minh City, WhiteCoat Company has signed health examination contracts with hospitals and clinics, specifically: in 2024, there will be health examination cooperation contracts with 8 units, in 2025 with 3 units. The health examination results are returned by hospitals and clinics to WhiteCoat Company and this place returns them to the contracted partners.
Explaining to the inspection team, a representative of WhiteCoat Company said that they had signed a contract to distribute testing analysis services with a company operating in the field of genetic testing in Ho Chi Minh City (Genetic Testing Company).
However, the Genetic Testing Company said that it had previously signed a contract with WhiteCoat Company but only had one test sample, confirming that the reported test results were fake.
At the same time, the Genetic Testing Company also said that immediately after discovering the act of falsifying test results, the company sent an open letter and a notice to WhiteCoat Company, requesting that all acts of falsifying test results be immediately stopped and the entire validity of the signed contract be terminated.
Working with WhiteCoat Company, Ms. NPH, Director of the company, said that this unfortunate incident did not come from the direction of the company's Board of Directors but was carried out by the staff in charge of the Hanoi branch package. WhiteCoat Company is reviewing, investigating internally and coming up with appropriate solutions to ensure the rights of partners.
"Realizing that the incident had signs of violating the law, the Department of Health sent an official dispatch to the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department requesting an investigation to clarify the provision of fake genetic test results to customers, and at the same time the Department of Health sent an official dispatch to report to the Ministry of Health ," a representative of the Department of Health informed.
