An Phu International Clinic was established in 2013, under the leadership of Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Tam.

After 12 years of working abroad with her husband, a general practitioner, seeing that the medical system here is much more advanced, Ms. Tam nurtured the intention of returning to contribute to changing the medical industry in her home country. However, in 2013, a visit to her family and a chance encounter led her to An Phu clinic in a situation where she was not mentally prepared, and at that time, she did not have much experience working in this field. However, with the mindset of a businesswoman and the desire to help the staff at the clinic at that time overcome difficult times and have a safe place to work, Ms. Tam decided to take over and restore the clinic.

Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Dung (in black dress) - Strategic Advisor of An Phu Clinic and Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Tam with the staff of An Phu Clinic performed the cake cutting ceremony to celebrate the clinic's 10th anniversary.

Throughout its 10-year journey of operation, An Phu Clinic has always focused on investing in quality machinery and adequate equipment, ensuring the best value to customers. At the same time, patients are customers and are considered the center of service, so the motto "listening and serving" is used by An Phu as a guideline for all activities, so that customers trust to come and feel secure and comfortable when leaving.

Up to now, the clinic has received and examined nearly 600,000 patients, and conducted health examinations for more than 200 businesses and organizations such as Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company - PNJ, Ho Chi Minh City Women Entrepreneurs Association - Hawee, Saigon Food Joint Stock Company, Duy Tan Plastic, Dien Quang, Ton Duc Thang University, Nghia Nippers...

Over the past 10 years, An Phu has always been at the forefront of community support activities, organizing voluntary medical examinations, detecting and providing early treatment advice for people and those in difficult circumstances in Ho Chi Minh City.

Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic - a terrifying time for the whole society, as a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Businesswomen Association - Hawee, Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Tam and the An Phu clinic team have accompanied the association and PNJ Group to build a network of connections, advise employees of Hawee member businesses and their families on how to protect their health, as well as promptly transfer to the hospital for treatment in cases of severe illness; making efforts to save them from death.

In addition, the clinic also coordinated with the Department of Health and Thu Duc City to establish support for medical equipment, deploy vaccination and COVID-19 testing activities for local people in the district.

The COVID-19 pandemic has left behind many losses and damages to property and especially people. According to statistics from the Ministry of Health , as of April 28, 2022, the country has had 43,041 deaths due to COVID-19. Witnessing many cases of people around her losing relatives and loved ones without being able to do anything made Ms. Tam always wonder if her clinic had been larger at that time, An Phu would certainly be able to care for and help more people. That was also what prompted her to decide to "transform" the clinic, restructure it to become more and more complete, develop on a larger scale, from there have enough strength and power to reach more patients.

Accordingly, the clinic will rebuild its apparatus and personnel structure to be more complete and complete, eliminate inappropriate processes and apply new appropriate processes; at the same time, the clinic will also promote training courses and improve the expertise of its staff. The process and management system will also be improved, ensuring scientificity and at the same time being as streamlined as possible to handle situations quickly and promptly. An Phu will also invest in and expand facilities and equipment to serve more patients.

In addition, An Phu Clinic also launched a new brand identity to "reposition the brand" for patients - customers as well as in the medical field. The image of An Phu Clinic in the future will be a more neat and larger image.
