Speaking at the review of the 75-year tradition of building and developing the Political Department, Colonel Doan Van Mau, Head of the Political Department of the Academy, affirmed: From its predecessor, the Political Work Department with 5 cadres and extremely difficult material conditions, the Political Department has now become the focal point for Party work and political work of the Military Medical Academy, a heroic unit of the People's Armed Forces. Through the stages of development, the Department has always excellently fulfilled its functions of advising, guiding, organizing political, ideological, cadre, policy, mass mobilization, and mass organization activities, contributing to building a strong and comprehensive Academy.

Currently, the Department has 100% university degrees, including 2 PhDs and 6 masters. The Department always maintains a steadfast political ideology, maintains the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers, actively advises the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Academy to build important thematic resolutions on Party building, staff development, and training innovation...
