Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 52-CV/BTGDVTU dated March 12, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission on coordinating the implementation of the 3rd National Art Photography Contest and Exhibition "Fatherland on the Shore of Waves" and the direction of the Standing Party Committee.

The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies requests that the Party Committees and grassroots Party cells coordinate with the leaders of agencies and units to promote information, propaganda, and encourage cadres, Party members, union members, association members and workers to participate in and respond to the 3rd National Art Photography Competition and Exhibition "Fatherland on the Shore of Waves".
