Coordinate and support the organization of the train campaign to promote the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day.

The train is decorated with images, logos, promotional products of businesses associated with the joy of Reunification, along with many attractive promotional programs to honor those who have contributed to the revolution and their families. Specifically as follows:

- Train SE1 departs from Hanoi Station at 20:55 on April 29, 2025.

- Train SE4 departs from Saigon Station at 19:00 on April 29, 2025.

The two trains will meet at Da Nang Station at 12:40 on April 30, 2025 ( Train timetable and contact phone numbers of passenger service stations are attached in the appendix ).

In order for the organization to be successful and safe, and to deploy the "Unification Train" effectively and widely. Vietnam Railways Corporation respectfully requests the People's Committees of provinces and cities to coordinate and support the organization of propaganda activities at train stations, ensuring safety and convenience for train passengers and people participating in the event. Coordinate with media agencies to report on the train's itinerary and propaganda content.

Coordinate and arrange volunteer forces to guide and support the elderly, children, the disabled, passengers and people at stations to pick up and drop off passengers. Coordinate with the railway industry and related units to maintain order and ensure safety for passengers and people. Support and guide passengers to participate in events, ensuring no congestion or impact on other transportation activities.

Directing functional forces and local authorities to coordinate with the railway sector to inspect and detect and prevent acts of encroachment on railway traffic safety corridors and illegal opening of level crossings, ensuring train safety. Strengthening supervision and warning at railway-road intersections, especially in areas with high risk of insecurity.

Maintain communication between functional units and passenger stations to promptly handle arising situations.

Coordinate with the police and station security forces to control security in the train waiting areas and station squares. Increase patrols, control, and prevent illegal acts in the station area. Develop plans to handle emergency situations such as large gatherings, public disorder, fires, etc.

Vietnam Railways Corporation hopes to receive the attention, companionship and support of the People's Committees of provinces and cities so that the event takes place successfully and meaningfully.
