The travel website of CNN (USA) recently ranked Vietnamese Pho at number 2 in the list of 20 most delicious dishes in the world.
Pho usually has ingredients such as beef or chicken with flat, chewy white noodles. The broth of Pho is simmered with bones for many hours with some herbs such as cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, creating a wonderful, characteristic aromatic flavor. When eaten, it is often served with green onions, herbs, lemon, chili, vinegar, fried breadsticks... according to preference.
