It not only has an internal propaganda effect among Vietnam Airlines employees but also has a great influence on the community, contributing to raising awareness of gender equality and preventing gender-based violence. In 2022, we cooperated with the organization Unwomen and the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on the occasion of " Month of action for gender equality and prevention and response to gender-based violence" , " Responding to 16 days of action to eliminate violence against women and girls"

Vietnam Airlines also organizes competitions on gender-based violence, gender-based violence prevention, and communication to convey messages about gender equality. These competitions have created confidence for women in the working environment.
Training women is a regular activity of the Company.

- Mr. Le Duc Canh - Deputy General Director of Vietnam Airlines: We at Vietnam Airlines have established the Committee for Women's Advancement, Population, Family and Children and Prevention of Social Evils very early. Right from the beginning of development, we have determined in the development strategy of the airline that the female workforce in this service industry accounts for a high proportion.
