The delegation inspected and surveyed the two houses under construction of Mr. Pham Ngoc Vang and Mr. Nguyen Van Hai, residing in Binh Tinh quarter, Binh Phu town. They are two near-poor households, each receiving support of 60 million VND to build a new house.
At the families, comrade Nguyen Thanh Dieu visited and asked about their circumstances and encouraged them to actively develop their economy and stabilize their lives after having stable housing.
At the same time, it is recommended that local Party committees and authorities implement synchronously and drastically to soon complete the program of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the area; effectively carry out inspection and supervision to ensure construction quality; ensure safe and convenient construction work; and provide accurate, fair and transparent support.

Localities continue to review and make a specific and detailed list of the number of houses supported for new construction and repair, and cases with outstanding issues; study solutions to overcome land restrictions, and in cases of difficulties and issues that need to be resolved, make specific proposals to the province for resolution.
In addition, we continue to connect and mobilize all resources to support households in building houses... With the highest determination, all sectors, levels and localities strive together with the province to achieve the goal of completing (100%) the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses for people in the province according to the direction of the Government.
Cai Lay district has 88 households eligible for housing support, with 61 newly built houses and 27 repaired houses. Of these, 19 are households of people with revolutionary contributions and relatives of martyrs; 69 are poor and near-poor households.
As of March 26, 44/88 houses have been completed, reaching a rate of 50%. Vice Chairman of Cai Lay District People's Committee Vo Van Nhanh expressed his determination: The remaining 44 houses under construction will be completed before April 20, 2025. In addition, the district will continue to review poor, near-poor, and policy households that meet the conditions to make a list to urgently complete construction before June 2025.
