The delegation visited and presented gifts to Mrs. Tran Thi Tham (93 years old), in Hong Thai commune, a 31% disabled veteran, a person who helped the revolution, and was imprisoned; Mr. Nguyen Minh Phu (83 years old), in Luong Son town, a 61% disabled veteran, infected with toxic chemicals, and imprisoned.

At each place he visited, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tieu Hong Phuc kindly asked about the health and living conditions of the war invalids and their families. At the same time, he expressed his deep gratitude for the great contributions of the war invalids in the struggle for national independence. Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tieu Hong Phuc hoped that the war invalids and their families would continue to promote revolutionary traditions and family traditions, continue to encourage and guide their children and grandchildren to actively strive in studying and working, and join hands to build their homeland more and more prosperous.

Besides, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council also requested that authorities at all levels continue to pay more attention to taking better care of the material and spiritual life of policy families and people with revolutionary contributions.

On behalf of the delegation, Mr. Tieu Hong Phuc presented gifts from the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, and Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to the war invalids.
