On the morning of June 3, the delegation of the Provincial People's Council, including delegates: Le Tien Lam, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Le Xuan Thu, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Hoang Hoa district; Le Thanh Hai, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Hoa district, met with voters of Hoang Hoa district.

At the meeting, the representative of the Provincial People's Council Delegation announced the expected content and program of the 20th session of the 18th Provincial People's Council; reported a summary of the socio-economic, national defense and security situation of the province in the first 5 months of 2024, estimated implementation in the first 6 months of 2024 and tasks and solutions to implement key tasks in the last 6 months of 2024. At the same time, reported the results of handling voters' opinions and recommendations sent to the 17th session of the 18th Provincial People's Council.

In a democratic and frank atmosphere, voters of Hoang Hoa district expressed their excitement about the socio-economic development picture of the province in the first 6 months of 2024; at the same time, they reflected to the provincial People's Council delegates issues of concern to the people.

Voters of Hoang Chau commune proposed to soon construct the coastal road section through Hoang Chau commune.
Voters of Hoang Phuong commune requested the province to pay attention to supporting investment in traffic infrastructure, especially for communes subject to merger to create favorable conditions for daily life and create connections between villages and hamlets after the merger.

Voters of Hoang Dao commune presented their opinions at the conference.
Voters of Hoang Dao commune requested the province to review the progress of the Thinh Vuong garment company project at Nhan Trach village, Hoang Dao commune; consider, arrange and use facilities at the old Le Viet Tao High School in a reasonable manner; have a mechanism to support people in reissuing land use right certificates after households have donated land to expand roads.
Voters of Hoang Xuyen commune proposed to soon upgrade nearly 4km of the left dike of Lach Truong river, the section passing through the commune.
Voters of Hoang Hai commune proposed strict management of pesticide trading activities in communes and towns.
Voters of But Son town proposed to resolve some problems in drainage in residential areas when building a dike through the area.
The opinions of voters in communes and towns in Hoang Hoa district also focused on the following contents: Proposing that the province has a policy to support part-time workers and people participating in mass organizations at the village level to encourage them to be responsible and feel secure in their activities at the grassroots level; have specific instructions on the arrangement and management of public land use after some agencies and units move to new locations; regulate and support communes building advanced and model new rural areas...
Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Le Tien Lam received opinions from voters of Hoang Hoa district and explained some issues of concern to voters.
Speaking at the conference, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Le Tien Lam acknowledged the opinions raised by voters, and affirmed that the opinions of voters were very enthusiastic and responsible, for a common goal of socio-economic development of Hoang Hoa district. He also analyzed and clarified issues of concern to voters; and affirmed that the Provincial People's Council Delegation will fully absorb the proposals and recommendations of voters and report to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and resolution.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council also requested Hoang Hoa district to seriously receive, examine, consider and handle the reasonable and accurate recommendations of voters mentioned above in a frank and transparent spirit.
