In the sacred atmosphere, the delegation respectfully offered flowers, offerings, and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh. He has passed away, but his great career and noble example will always live forever with the country of Vietnam. Ho Chi Minh's thoughts, morality, and style are always the ideological foundation and compass for all actions, guiding the Vietnamese revolution from one victory to another.
Over the past year, the National Assembly has promoted its sense of responsibility, focused its efforts and intelligence to solve a large and important volume of work with high consensus and unanimity, with many outstanding marks, improved quality, and increasingly high professionalism and efficiency in legislative activities, supervision, people's petitions, decisions on important issues, foreign affairs and direction, leadership and guidance of the activities of provincial People's Councils.


This has contributed to the effective implementation of activities and accelerated progress not only of the National Assembly and its agencies but also of relevant agencies in promptly implementing legal policies into life, which have been recognized by the people and voters nationwide; truly meeting the requirements and demands of practical life.
In the sacred moment of gratitude, respect and pride in Uncle Ho, Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quang Phuong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly and the delegation vowed to forever study and follow his ideology, morality and noble style.

Previously, Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quang Phuong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly and the delegation offered flowers and incense at Chung Son Temple - the ancestral temple of President Ho Chi Minh.
On this occasion, Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quang Phuong and the delegation along with leaders of Nghe An province visited and presented gifts to Mr. Hoang Nguyen, born in 1933, 2/4 war invalid and his family in Sen 2 hamlet, Kim Lien commune.


He joined the resistance in May 1950 and in June 1954 was captured by the enemy in Tuy Hoa, Phu Yen and imprisoned for two months; he was injured and had to have his right leg amputated. He was then demobilized, became a teacher, and retired in 1971.
At the hall of the Kim Lien National Special Relic Site, Nam Dan, Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quang Phuong and the working delegation, along with leaders of Nghe An province, presented gifts to the Association of revolutionary soldiers imprisoned by the enemy in Nam Dan district and 9 wounded and sick soldiers who are members of the Association.




Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Quang Phuong expressed his deep gratitude for the sacrifices and losses of wounded and sick soldiers for the cause of fighting for national independence and reunification.


He wished the former revolutionary soldiers who were imprisoned by the enemy to continue to promote the spirit of defeating the enemy, defeating prison and illness to continue to live happily and healthily, and to be an example and support for their children and families.
