Vice President of Women's Union is passionate about policy credit activities

According to the Women's Union of Hiep Tan Ward, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Que Tran is always active and enthusiastic about the movements and activities of the Union. She performs well the task of managing social policy credit capital in the area, helping many members overcome difficulties, develop the economy, and actively contribute to the movements and activities of the Women's Union and other activities in the locality.

During her work, Ms. Que Tran actively propagated and mobilized women's union members and people to properly implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and mobilized women to participate in the Union and the campaign "Building a family of 5 no's and 3 clean's".

In addition to her contributions to the Association's movement, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Que Tran also closely cares about and manages capital sources well, fully participates in local meetings, debt reconciliation sessions of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP), and maintains participation in group activities as prescribed.

She also cooperates with the Social Policy Bank in propaganda and mobilization of members to deposit savings, mobilize borrowers to deposit savings through the Savings and Loan Group to properly perform the installment repayment to reduce pressure on borrowers when the final term comes. She regularly advises superiors to consolidate, improve the quality of operations and efficiency of the Savings and Loan Groups, and perform well the assigned roles and tasks.

Up to now, the total outstanding debt of the Ward Women's Union is about 16.3 billion VND with 455 households borrowing capital with the following programs: lending to 3 poor households, 7 near-poor households, 2 households that have just escaped poverty, creating jobs for 264 households, clean water and environmental sanitation for 67 households, social housing for 2 households...

Ms. Phan Nhi Linh - President of the Women's Union of Hiep Tan Ward said that thanks to the dedication and enthusiasm of Ms. Que Tran, the lives of women members in the ward have become more and more stable when receiving capital from the Social Policy Bank of Hoa Thanh Town. Up to now, many households have been able to escape poverty.

Ms. Que Tran was awarded the title of "Excellent Grassroots Union Officer" by the Women's Union of Hoa Thanh town in 2024; achieved excellent results in directing and managing the work of entrusting loans to poor households and policy beneficiaries in 2024. The Women's Union of the ward also commended Ms. Que Tran in implementing the emulation movements "Hiep Tan Women are confident - responsible - progressive", contributing to the movement "Building Vietnamese women of the new era".
