Deputy Head of Civil Judgment Enforcement Department in Ho Chi Minh City violated alcohol concentration

On September 28, the Traffic Police Department - Ho Chi Minh City Police announced that the Northwest Traffic Police Station of this unit had just discovered and handled 13 violations related to alcohol concentration in breath; in which one case was a State civil servant.

At about 8:00 p.m. on September 27, in front of house number 454 Provincial Road 8, Phuoc Vinh An Commune, Cu Chi District, the working group of the Tay Bac Traffic Police Station stopped and checked a motorbike driven by a man named VD.

Through the breath alcohol test results, Mr. VD had an alcohol concentration violation of 0.346 mg/L of breath.

According to this man's information as well as through checking related documents, it is known that Mr. VD is currently the Deputy Head of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Office of a district in Ho Chi Minh City.

The Traffic Police Department will send a notice of violation to Mr. VD's agency to coordinate handling according to regulations.

In provinces and cities across the country, traffic police are strictly handling all violations of traffic safety and order, especially violations of alcohol concentration.

In cases where the driver of a vehicle is found to be a cadre, civil servant, public employee, or party member violating the alcohol concentration, the traffic police force will record relevant documents, verify, and send a notice of violation to the working agency to organize a review and handle according to regulations.
