Recently, businesses on Train Street have reopened with the condition that they comply with regulations: Only operate indoors, do not encroach on the railway corridor.

The Indian couple went to Train Street to capture memorable images during their trip in Vietnam. "We were quite surprised that in Vietnam there are shops next to the train tracks. My friend recommended us to go here. It's interesting but also quite dangerous."
According to the owner of a business, all shops here have to sign a commitment to comply with railway safety, not to sell or encroach on railway corridors, and every time a train runs, passengers are required to comply with regulations to avoid accidents.
On weekends, the train frequency is higher, giving visitors more opportunities to experience watching the train pass by.
