Disseminate mechanisms and policies for management and development of industrial clusters

On the morning of September 20, the Department of Industry and Trade (Ministry of Industry and Trade) coordinated with the Department of Industry and Trade of Ninh Binh to organize a conference to disseminate mechanisms and policies on management and development of industrial clusters to leaders, officials of the Department of Industry and Trade, and enterprises of provinces and cities in the North and Central regions.

At the conference, delegates were informed and thoroughly grasped Decree No. 32 dated March 15, 2024 on management and development of industrial clusters and Circular No. 14 dated August 15, 2024 regulating the periodic reporting regime on industrial clusters, the national industrial cluster database and some sample documents on management and development of industrial clusters; new and outstanding points that localities, units and enterprises need to pay attention to in the process of developing industrial clusters, production and business.

The timely implementation of Decree No. 32 and Circular No. 14 will help provinces and cities effectively carry out state management of industrial clusters in the area, continue to strengthen effective management of investment in technical infrastructure construction, develop industrial clusters to promote strong economic and labor restructuring towards industrialization in rural areas under the direction of the Party and State; improve the investment and business environment, administrative reform, and attract investment.
