On April 23, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of An Giang province Le Van Nung led a provincial delegation to visit and present gifts to Hero of the People's Armed Forces Le Thanh Cu (Hai Cu, born in 1934, residing in An Tuc commune, Tri Ton district); Heroic Vietnamese Mother Nguyen Thi Luu (born in 1936, residing in An Phu ward) and Nguyen Thi Hen (born in 1927, residing in Thoi Son ward, Tinh Bien town) on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

Visiting Vietnamese Heroic Mothers Nguyen Thi Luu and Nguyen Thi Hen, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Council Le Van Nung kindly inquired about their health and life and expressed his gratitude and sympathy for the sacrifices and losses of the families of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, who contributed to the cause of national liberation.
