Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Bui Huy Vinh offered flowers at the President Ho Chi Minh Monument and worked with the Vietnamese Embassy in India.

Within the framework of the province's foreign affairs and investment promotion program in 2025 in India, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and South Africa, on April 18, the Vinh Phuc Provincial Delegation led by Mr. Bui Huy Vinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, offered flowers at the Ho Chi Minh Monument and visited and worked with the Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in India.

The delegation included comrades: Nguyen Thanh Tung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Tam Duong District Party Committee; Pham Quang Nguyen, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Khac Hieu, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of a number of departments, branches and the Provincial Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support Center.

During the visit and working session in the Republic of India, the Vinh Phuc Provincial Delegation offered flowers to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at G20 Park, New Delhi. In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Bui Huy Vinh and the Vinh Phuc Provincial Delegation expressed their deep gratitude for the great contributions of Uncle Ho; vowing to strive to actively contribute to fostering the friendship between Vietnam and India in general and promoting the cooperative relationship between Vinh Phuc Province and Indian partners in particular.

Following the working program in India, the delegation visited and worked at the Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in India. Receiving the delegation were Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in India Nguyen Thanh Hai and members of the Embassy of Vietnam in India.

The provincial investment promotion delegation led by Mr. Bui Huy Vinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, visited and worked with the Vietnamese Embassy in India.

At the meeting, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Bui Huy Vinh thanked the Embassy for the reception and support for the working delegation. Providing general information on the socio-economic situation of Vinh Phuc province, investment environment, investment attraction policies and priority areas for investment attraction, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee expressed his wish to promote the cooperative relationship between Vinh Phuc province and India to become increasingly better.

At the same time, he proposed that the Vietnamese Embassy in India support Vinh Phuc province in promoting its image and attracting Indian investors, especially in the fields of pharmaceuticals, information technology, education, tourism, services, etc.

Comrade Bui Huy Vinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, presented a souvenir to Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to India Nguyen Thanh Hai.

With the motto "All investors coming to Vinh Phuc are citizens of Vinh Phuc", Vinh Phuc province commits to creating all favorable conditions for investors in general and Indian investors in particular to come and explore investment opportunities and invest in the province.

Welcoming the Investment Promotion Delegation of Vinh Phuc province to visit and work in India, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to India Nguyen Thanh Hai shared some information about the socio-economic situation of India, the strengths in the investment sector of India and the investment trends of Indian enterprises.

The Ambassador affirmed that the Vietnamese Embassy in India will support Vinh Phuc province in introducing scholarships for students, officials, workers, etc.; at the same time, connecting potential investors in India to learn about investment opportunities and invest in Vinh Phuc in line with the province's investment attraction orientation as well as connecting other investors with strengths in the fields of smart cities, digital transformation, etc.
