On the afternoon of October 1, at Pham Thi Tran Theater, the 6th Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union of Ninh Binh province, term 2024-2029, held its first working session with many important contents.
Attending the Congress were leaders of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Provincial Youth Union, Department of Home Affairs; representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee and 205 delegates representing nearly 190,000 members and youths in the province.
With the theme "Aspiration - Solidarity - Creativity - Integration - Development", at the first working session, the Congress consulted to elect the Presidium and the Congress Secretariat; and approved the Congress program and regulations.
The congress also heard a summary report on the situation of delegates attending the 6th Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union of Ninh Binh province; a review report of the Vietnam Youth Union Committee of the province, term V, 2019-2024; and a summary report on comments on the documents of the 9th National Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union.
According to the review report of the activities of the Provincial Youth Union Committee, term V, 2019-2024, the Committee has promoted the spirit of responsibility, solidarity and unity; proposed directions, policies and measures that are close, correct and timely to effectively implement all aspects of work...
The Provincial Youth Union Secretariat, on behalf of the Union Committee, has concretized and organized the direction and implementation of the Resolutions of the Union Committee and the Central Union; proposed many effective solutions to consolidate and improve the quality of the organization and the Union movement.
Direct and effectively organize the implementation of major movements and programs of the Association such as: "I love my Fatherland" movement, Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign, Winter Volunteer Campaign, Spring Volunteer Campaign, March Border Month...
Thereby creating positive changes in the work of the Association and the youth movement; promoting the spirit of vanguard, volunteerism, and the desire to contribute of members and youth in the whole province for the community.
In the first working session, the Congress focused on discussing, evaluating and clarifying the results of activities, difficulties and lessons learned in implementing the tasks of the Association and youth movement for the 2019-2024 term; directions, tasks and solutions for the 2024-2029 term.
In particular, many presentations clearly stated and highlighted the pioneering role of Ninh Binh youth in digital transformation, in entrepreneurship and career establishment; proposed solutions to promote the role of young intellectuals in the province's youth movement.
In the spirit of solidarity, unity and democracy, the Congress conducted consultations to elect 41 members to the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, term VI, 2024-2029; elected the Inspection Committee of the Committee, term VI, and elected 10 members to join the Delegation representing Ninh Binh youth to attend the 9th National Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union, term 2024-2029.
Tomorrow morning (October 2), the 6th Provincial Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union, term 2024-2029, held its 2nd working session.
