Planning to adjust the scale of the relic site
The planning clearly states and adjusts the planning to expand the area of Nguyen Binh Khiem Temple. 9,992 ha; the protected areas are specifically identified as follows:
Maintain the area of Protection Zone I at 0.317 ha (according to the scientific records of the relic). Implement measures to protect the original state of existing construction items.
Adjust to increase about 0.842 ha of the area of Protection Zone II to 9.675 ha (compared to the area in the relic ranking dossier); specifically:
Add an area of 0.495 hectares of Song Mai temple and pagoda area (where Mrs. Minh Nguyet - Phu Nhan of Trang Trinh Nguyen Binh Khiem is worshiped), located adjacent to Protection Area I, into the planning area to form a complete landscape space and synchronously connect with Nguyen Binh Khiem Temple.
Add an area of 1,655 hectares of agricultural production area behind Nguyen Van Dinh's tomb to protection area II to form a green landscape space to protect the relic and synchronize technical infrastructure...
Quan Trung Tan: The adjusted planning area is 0.258 ha; the protected areas are specifically identified as follows:
Maintain the area of Protection Zone I at 0.017 ha (according to the scientific records of the relic). Implement measures to protect the original state of existing construction items.
Adjust to increase about 0.168 ha of the area of Protection Area II to 0.241 ha (compared to the area in the relic ranking dossier); specifically: Add an area of 0.177 ha of the landscape area and grounds of Tang Thinh Pagoda located next to the Quan Trung Tan relic site to Protection Area II to complete the overall landscape space, synchronize the technical infrastructure; promote the relic value for both Quan Trung Tan and Tang Thinh Pagoda.
Kinh Thien Pen Tower : The adjusted planning area is 0.471 ha; the protected areas are specifically identified as follows:
Maintain the area of Protection Zone I at 0.038 ha (according to the scientific records of the relic). Implement measures to protect the original state of existing construction items.
Supplement the area of the surrounding landscape area to increase the area of Protection Area II to 0.433 ha (additional about 0.368 ha compared to the area in the relic ranking dossier).
In addition, the planning adjusts the area of the relic value promotion area to 9,089 hectares.

Regarding the tourist market: Focus on attracting the domestic tourist market, especially from schools at all levels, visitors from the capital Hanoi and visitors from neighboring provinces such as Quang Ninh, Thai Binh, Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, Hai Duong.
