Developing commercial human resources for ethnic minority and mountainous youth

On the morning of December 9, at the Center for Youth Activities and Training (Sam Son City), the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee organized a training conference on developing commercial human resources for ethnic minority and mountainous youth in Thanh Hoa province in 2024.

The program was attended by representatives of the Provincial Youth Union and 100 delegates who are Youth Union officials from communes and towns, Secretaries of Youth Union branches in residential areas, outstanding youth union members, cooperatives, and cooperative groups owned by youth.

Clearly identifying the role of the Youth Union in supporting and accompanying young people to establish their careers, in recent times, Thanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union has coordinated with the Provincial Ethnic Committee and other departments, branches and organizations to implement many practical and specific activities to encourage and promote the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship among young people, supporting young people to gradually realize their dreams and ideas of starting a business.

The training conference took place with the following contents: Propagating the Party's guidelines and the State's laws and policies on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas; policies to support young people starting a business; general knowledge on developing human resources for commerce and e-commerce; the application of e-commerce and digital transformation in implementing start-up models among young people in ethnic minorities and mountainous areas.
