"Cold" fines for 39 cases of traffic safety violations |=> Published in Bac Giang newspaper

(BGDT) - From June 15 to 21, through the traffic surveillance camera system, Luc Nam District Police ( Bac Giang ) detected and "coldly" fined 39 cases of traffic safety violations.

Of these, 16 cases involved non-compliance with traffic light signals, 12 cases involved non-wearing of helmets, and 11 cases involved crossing road markings.

List of violating vehicles is as follows:

1. Violation of traffic light signals: Cars with license plates 98A-480.40, 98A-063.87, 98A-522.87, 30G-502.14, 98A-604.66.

Motorcycle license plate 98B2-165.03, 98F1-316.36, 98F1-350.30, 98B1-014.93, 98F1-342.15, 98B1-007.02, 98F1-402.73, 98F1-295.68, 98B3-167.67, 98B3-208.27, 98B2-362.82.

2. Not wearing a helmet: Motorcycles with license plates 98E1-416.99, 98F1-166.70, 98F1-201.82, 98F1-303.68, 98F1-142.27, 98F1-412.23, 98B2-606.66, 98M7-8315, 98F1-313.12, 98F1-315.30, 98F1-245.97, 98B1-705.35.

3. Violation of road markings: Cars with license plates 98A-535.38, 98A-330.37, 98C-033.55, 98C-176.33, 98A-592.75, 98A-135.34, 98A-416.59, 98A-375.30, 98A-274.77, 98A-385.58, 98A-203.13.

Within 10 days (from the date of posting the notice), the violator shall come to the Luc Nam District Police Headquarters, address: Thanh Binh Street, Doi Ngo Town to resolve the matter according to regulations. If the violator does not come to resolve the matter, the Luc Nam District Police will coordinate with the local authorities where the vehicle owner resides, studies, works or has its headquarters to handle the matter.

Within 20 days, information on violations will be posted on the Traffic Police Department's website, and the warning status will be updated to the Registration Authority (for vehicles requiring inspection) for handling.

Currently, at the intersections of Doi Ngo town, Luc Nam district police have deployed a traffic surveillance camera system.
