Faced with changes in modern society, promoting the role of women in building happy families has become increasingly necessary. In recent times, the Women's Union at all levels in Chau Phu district has promoted the dissemination of Project 938 on dissemination, education, mobilization, and support for women to participate in solving a number of social issues related to women in the period of 2017 - 2027; Project 939 on supporting women to start businesses in the period of 2017 - 2025... At the same time, integrating the implementation of the women's campaign "Building a family of 5 no, 3 clean", the emulation movement "Building a new-age Vietnamese woman". Thereby, promoting the role of women in building a prosperous, progressive, equal family, helping each other develop the economy , reduce poverty...

Vice President of Chau Phu District Women's Union Phan Thi Xuan Mai said: "To promote the role of women in building happy families, the Women's Union at all levels in the district has implemented family work associated with the implementation of emulation movements, campaigns, programs, and key projects of the union through many forms, targeting the grassroots. In particular, attention is paid to propaganda,education of ethics, family lifestyle, education of motherhood skills, handling conflicts and contradictions in the family, good child-rearing skills, attracting many members and women to participate".

Many activities to support members in building prosperous, equal, progressive and happy families.

In order to enhance the status of women in the family, many activities have been carried out to support members and women in the district to start businesses and develop the economy, such as: Coordinating with specialized sectors to provide vocational training and create jobs for rural female workers; creating favorable conditions for members and women to access preferential loans, develop production and business, improve income, and escape poverty. In addition, activities to support single women and women in difficult circumstances in business, animal husbandry, and farming to develop the economy have also received attention. The association at all levels has maintained and mobilized the establishment of groups: "Revolving capital pooling", "Pig money", "Savings group for poor women", "Women's group collecting scrap and sharing love", "Introducing women's startup stories and products"...

A highlight of the Chau Phu women's movement is to promote and mobilize members and women to participate in technology and digital transformation through the use of social networks to update useful knowledge and skills and contribute to promoting the work of the association, as well as aspects of life related to women. In parallel, cultural activities such as the "Typical Happy Family Festival" are held annually, creating conditions for families to exchange and share experiences in building happy families.

The Women's Union at all levels in Chau Phu district also plays a role in monitoring and criticizing the implementation of policies and laws on family, women, children and gender equality, promptly detecting and reporting violations of the law in marriage and family. At the same time, it promotes legal aid and legal advice for women, contributing to protecting the rights of women and children.

In the journey of building a happy family, the role of women is always important. Promoting the role of women in the family is not only to honor good traditions, but also the key to building a sustainable and happy home. When women are given the conditions to develop comprehensively, they will spread positive values, preserve the home, and build a happy and sustainable family.
