On the basis of clearly recognizing the position, role, nature, requirements and special political tasks of the unit; closely following the directives, resolutions and action programs at all levels on the workers' movement and trade union activities; at the same time clearly identifying the important role of cadres and trade union members in directly performing tasks at agencies and units, the Party Committee of Group 969 and the Command of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Protection Command have had many policies and measures to lead and direct the implementation of trade union work. Accordingly, the workers' movement and trade union activities of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Protection Command over the past 5 years have achieved many important results, with new, solid and comprehensive developments.

The grassroots trade unions thoroughly grasp the task of "Preserving and protecting the body of President Ho Chi Minh in the long term and promoting the political and cultural significance of the Mausoleum in the new period", promoting the tradition of "loyalty and filial piety, solidarity and cooperation, self-reliance, proactiveness and creativity", with many innovations and creativity in organization and implementation. The work of political and ideological education and training of cadres and union members is regularly focused on and innovated in terms of content and form, rich, flexible, creative, concise, easy to understand, easy to remember, suitable to the tasks of each agency, unit and union organization. Thereby contributing to fostering ideals, arousing patriotism, honor and pride of the cadres and union members serving at Uncle Ho's Mausoleum, building will and strengthening determination to excellently complete special political tasks.

In the period of 2018-2023, the emulation movements of the trade union organization of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Protection Command are closely linked to the Emulation Movement for Victory, Patriotic Emulation, and the Army's campaigns; taking place vigorously, creating strong motivation for each collective and individual to strive to fulfill their assigned political duties and tasks. Typical examples include: the movement "Promoting initiatives and technical improvements" with the models "Union booth", "Model shift", "Good workers, creative workers"; the movement "5 best, 3 no", "Green, clean, beautiful", "Labor safety, traffic safety, no discipline violations" of cadres and trade union members of technical assurance units.

"Attentive, enthusiastic, civilized, polite"; "Kindness, respect in reception; inspiration, attraction in guidance, propaganda" of cadres, union members doing reception and propaganda work. "Good military training, good military supplies management", "Good financial management" of cadres, union members in charge of service and security work. "Bright-green-clean-beautiful, fresh and friendly environment" of cadres, union members directly in charge of taking care of flower gardens, ornamental plants, lawns... From the practice of emulation movements, over the past 5 years, many collectives and individuals have been awarded emulation flags, certificates of merit, and certificates of merit by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the General Department of Politics, the Mausoleum Management Board, and the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Protection Command.

In the coming years, the tasks of the Command for the Protection of President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum will continue to have new developments, which will set higher requirements for the workers' movement and trade union activities. With that spirit, the 6th Congress of the Trade Union of the Command for the Protection of President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum for the 2023-2028 period has determined the slogan of action "Innovation, democracy, solidarity, development to build a strong Trade Union of the Command for the Protection of President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum, contributing to the excellent completion of the long-term task of preserving and protecting the absolute safety of President Ho Chi Minh's body and promoting the political and cultural significance of the Mausoleum in the new period".

To do this well, the Party Committee of Group 969 and the Command of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Protection Command require Party committees, commanders, and political agencies of agencies and units to maximize their roles and responsibilities in leadership, direction, and guidance; pay attention to and create conditions for the workers' movement and trade union activities of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Protection Command to develop comprehensively, in the right direction, and achieve practical results; organize strong grassroots trade unions, contributing to building a clean, strong, and exemplary Party organization; and "exemplary, exemplary" comprehensively strong agencies and units.

Each cadre and party member must clearly identify their determination and promote a proactive spirit in studying and researching to improve their qualifications in all aspects, especially in ensuring medical and technical standards with the criteria of being strict, careful, meticulous, accurate, and safe; solemn, powerful, and unified for cadres and party members performing ceremonial work; and receive and serve attentively, civilly, and politely the cadres and party members performing reception and propaganda duties...

For grassroots trade unions, it is necessary to proactively carry out political education work well with rich, diverse and appropriate content and forms so that each cadre and trade union member deeply understands the great honor and heavy responsibility for the political tasks of the unit, is absolutely loyal to the task of preserving and protecting the body of President Ho Chi Minh for a long time and promoting the political and cultural significance of the Mausoleum in the new period.
