The Secretary of the City Party Committee emphasized 5 core orientations for the development of Da Nang in the coming period. Accordingly, from the 95-year historical role of the Party and current reality, the Da Nang Party Committee must constantly improve its leadership capacity and fighting strength to meet the requirements of the tasks in the new period; carry out well the work of building and rectifying the Party and the political system; determine that the arrangement of the apparatus and administrative units to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently is a revolution of decisive significance in the current period.

At the same time, firmly protect the Party's ideological foundation, persistently and resolutely carry out the work of preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity; promote solidarity and unity in the entire political system and consensus among the people. In the immediate future, focus on preparing well for Party congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress, as a foundation for successfully implementing the tasks set out in the 2025-2030 term.
Da Nang needs to inherit and promote the historical values and heroic traditions of the land and people of Quang Nam - Da Nang throughout the process of fighting for independence and building and developing the homeland and country. Whether in peacetime or wartime, history has recorded and summarized the tradition of solidarity, loyalty, and loyalty between the army and the people and the historical lesson about the strength of "people's hearts"; the qualities of self-reliance, self-reliance, aspiration to rise up, take the lead and be creative of the people of Quang.
Maximizing the city's resources and endogenous strength and taking advantage of the leadership and direction of the Central Government, the support and companionship of departments, ministries and branches to proactively advise and build breakthrough mechanisms and policies for the city's socio-economic development, especially when Quang Nam and Da Nang are under one roof, it is necessary to have a new vision and new ways of doing things to strongly promote the potentials and advantages of a new city.
Focus on investing in developing high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of the digital economy and global integration. In particular, focus on the balanced and harmonious development of human resources in the public and private sectors; build a team of city officials, civil servants and public employees after completing the arrangement of the apparatus and administrative units to meet the requirements set out in the new period, especially arousing the desire to rise up, the qualities of self-reliance, self-reliance, daring to think, daring to do, knowing how to do and daring to take responsibility for the common good.
At the same time, strengthen the training of high-quality human resources associated with attracting talented experts and scientists in various fields, especially finance, science, artificial intelligence, and semiconductors, considering this a top national policy and an important solution to change and develop Da Nang in the digital age and innovation.
"It is necessary to develop Da Nang's culture and people to match economic development; cultural development is truly the spiritual foundation and driving force for development. Promoting and further expanding humane social security policies towards serving the interests of the people has become Da Nang's brand," the Secretary emphasized.

The Secretary of the City Party Committee requested the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the City Party Committee to preside over and coordinate with the City Political School and the City Party Committee to develop a report on the results of the workshop, especially focusing on synthesizing, analyzing, and evaluating the proposals and recommendations of the delegates for the city's development, reporting to the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee for consideration, direction, and completion before April 15.
On that basis, the City Party Committee Office presided over and coordinated with relevant agencies to proactively study and absorb practical and feasible suggestions and proposals from this workshop to include in the draft Documents submitted to the 23rd City Party Congress and develop an action program to concretize the Congress Resolution.
