During the past term, the Fatherland Front at all levels and member organizations of Ha Trung district have proactively and actively implemented the Resolution of the 21st District Fatherland Front Congress and 10/10 set goals, contributing to building and consolidating the great national unity bloc.

Implementing the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas (XDNTM) and civilized urban areas", over the past 5 years, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations have mobilized people to donate nearly 5 hectares of land, repair and build rural roads and welfare works; contribute more than 50 thousand working days; hundreds of billions of VND to build new rural areas.
Up to now, the whole district has 131/133 new rural villages, 21 model new rural villages; 19/19 communes meeting new rural standards, 1 town recognized as meeting civilized urban standards; the district is submitting to the Central Government for appraisal and recognition of the district meeting new rural standards.

Discussions at the Congress pointed out shortcomings and limitations in the organization and operation methods of the District Fatherland Front Committee for the 2019-2024 term; at the same time, it proposed 10 targets and 6 action programs of the District Fatherland Front Committee for the 2024-2029 term.

Speaking at the congress, comrades Le Van Dau, Secretary of the District Party Committee and Nguyen Thi Phuong, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the outstanding results achieved by the Fatherland Front at all levels of Ha Trung district; at the same time, pointed out the limitations in directing and organizing the implementation of the Front's tasks in the past term.
