Market Management Team No. 2 has just issued a Decision to impose administrative penalties and confiscate exhibits of a business household in Dak To district for illegally storing clothes and military equipment of the Vietnam People's Army.
At the time of the inspection, the Inspection Team discovered that this facility was illegally displaying and selling 30 sets of military equipment, field uniforms, and professional uniforms. The expected fine for the above-mentioned act is 15 million VND.
Previously, Market Management Team No. 2 also coordinated with Dak Ha District Police and Dak Ha Town People's Committee to inspect the clothing store of business owner Vu Thi Nguyet in Dak Ha Town.
Here, the authorities discovered 1,000 sets of camouflage clothing and used foreign military equipment, bearing foreign brands without documents proving their legality.
Market Management Team No. 2 has drawn up an administrative violation record and fined the above business household 50 million VND for trading in smuggled goods on the list of prohibited imports.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai Yen's business establishment also had 57 smuggled camouflage shirts confiscated by Market Management Team No. 2, along with an administrative fine of VND 1,500,000.
For the business owned by Ms. Le Thi Hiep, the Inspection Team confiscated 61 sets of camouflage clothing and imposed a fine of VND 4,500,000.
