On the stamp, the image of 6 moving curves surrounding the digital sphere symbolizes 6 continents in the world integrating and developing in the 4th industrial revolution; the diagram connecting the word Vietnam with the digital transformation logo means that Vietnam is firmly on the path of digital transformation.

Vietnam is one of the first countries in the world to issue a strategic program on national digital transformation, making Vietnam a country with digital transformation awareness on par with advanced countries in the world.

From 2022, the Prime Minister has decided to take October 10 every year as National Digital Transformation Day, thereby promoting to the entire population the importance and benefits of the overall and comprehensive change process of each individual and organization in the way of life, work and production methods based on digital technology.

This year's National Digital Transformation Day on October 10 has a theme associated with the National Digital Data Year, which is "Harnessing digital data to create value".
