Launching a press contest to preserve and promote heritage values ​​associated with sustainable tourism development

Information and propaganda work has contributed to the success of Tourism Week, promoting and advertising tourism images, attracting tourists to Ninh Binh.

The Director of the Department of Tourism hopes that in the coming time, press agencies and representative offices in Ninh Binh will coordinate and support the locality to continue to promote communication work, orient public opinion, orient information; introduce the potential and strengths of the province to the people, domestic enterprises, investors and international tourists.

On this occasion, the Department of Tourism launched two competitions: a journalism competition on the topic of preserving and promoting the value of Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex associated with sustainable tourism development; a competition to design a unique gift model of the province associated with the heritage values ​​and cultural and historical values ​​of the relics in the heritage site.

These are two very important topics in the province's tourism development orientation in the coming time, building the tourism industry into a spearhead economic sector of the province, especially the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee has set out the determination to build Ninh Binh into a Millennium Heritage City and a centrally-run city by 2035, based on unique values ​​of natural geography - ecology, culture - history, possessing World Cultural and Natural Heritage.
