At the launching program, the Provincial Youth Union leaders called on all levels of the Youth Union to promote their pioneering and volunteering roles, proactively coordinate and deploy activities in response to "30 peak days of joining hands to build landscapes and protect the rural environment". In which, they focused on organizing practical and specific tasks such as: launching a general environmental cleaning campaign in areas of monuments, temples, village roads, and alleys; launching "Green Sunday", "Volunteer Saturday"; mobilizing people to collect and classify waste at the source; actively planting and caring for trees on roads, school grounds, and public areas; actively participating in building civilized roads, green - clean - beautiful streets; Promote creative models such as "Small Plan House", "Exchanging waste for trees"... Along with that, promote propaganda to raise people's awareness of environmental protection and waste treatment through activities such as: distributing leaflets, mobile communication, posting articles and images on social networking platforms.

Immediately after the launch, union members and youth of units, universities and colleges in the province started cleaning the environment on a number of roads.
