Strive for the disbursement rate of public investment capital in 2025 to reach at least 95%

The Provincial People's Committee has just directed the implementation of Directive No. 05/CT-TTg dated March 1, 2025 of the Prime Minister on key tasks and solutions, breakthroughs to promote economic growth and accelerate disbursement of public investment capital, ensuring the national growth target in 2025 reaches 8% or more. Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requested heads of departments, branches and Chairmen of People's Committees of districts and cities to urgently and proactively develop tasks and solutions to implement the contents and work in Directive No. 05/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister in the sectors and fields under their management. Continue to effectively organize the implementation of Plan No. 933/KH-UBND and Plan No. 371/KH-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee to ensure consistency and efficiency.

At the same time, preside over and coordinate with the Department of Construction, People's Committees of districts, cities and related units to urgently complete the allocation of the entire State budget investment plan in 2025, striving for the disbursement rate of public investment capital in 2025 to reach at least 95% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister ...

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Industry and Trade and the Department of Finance to study mechanisms and policies to encourage investment and expand the capacity of raw material production for beltway, highway, urban railway, connecting railway, freight transport, electricity and energy projects... and to guide, support and create maximum convenience for people and businesses in implementation.
