Members of the Emulation Cluster of the Journalists Association of the Northern Mountainous Provinces signed an emulation covenant for 2024.
In 2023, the activities of the Journalists Association of the Northern mountainous provinces will have many innovations, creativity, and proactiveness in planning, grasping the situation of members, focusing on training and professional training.
Provincial Journalists Associations organize and coordinate press awards, creating a playground for journalists and members to learn and exchange professional expertise; organize cultural, artistic and sports activities, contributing to increasing solidarity and cohesion among members and journalists.
The emulation cluster of the Journalists Association of the Northern mountainous provinces always promotes the tradition of solidarity, innovation and creativity in implementing emulation movements, associated with the implementation of political and professional tasks, creating positive changes in the Association's activities. Deploying the emulation movement in 2023, the Journalists Associations in the cluster continue to promote the implementation of Directive No. 43 of the Secretariat on "Strengthening the Party's leadership over the activities of the Vietnam Journalists Association in the new situation".
Create a strong change in the quality of the organization's activities and implement the Directives and Resolutions of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, the Vietnam Journalists Association, the Provincial Civil Servants' Union, the Provincial Labor Federation; launch patriotic emulation movements to all cadres, civil servants and employees in the agency.

In 2024, the Emulation Cluster of the Journalists Association of the Northern Mountainous Provinces will continue to focus on training, fostering political and professional skills, improving the ethics of workers, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of members; advising on the good organization of the Provincial Press Awards, organizing specialized and topical press awards in the locality; improving the quality of content and form of Special Editions and Journalists' Newsletters of the Associations. Deploying the organization of the Spring Press Festival of Giap Thin in 2024. Participating in the National Press Festival in 2024 organized by the Vietnam Journalists Association.
Based on the achievements and results achieved in 2023, at the conference, the Emulation Cluster unanimously proposed that the Vietnam Journalists Association award the Emulation Flag to the Thai Nguyen Provincial Journalists Association; Certificates of Merit to 02 Provincial Journalists Associations: Cao Bang; Lang Son. At the same time, through the signing of the emulation agreement in 2024; Thai Nguyen Journalists Association handed over the role of Head of the Emulation Cluster of the Journalists Association of the Northern Mountainous Provinces in 2024 to the Lang Son Provincial Journalists Association.
