Lung Khau Nhin Commune, Muong Khuong District is one of the 10 "core poor" communes of the province.

To achieve this goal, the province will prioritize integrating resources to invest in infrastructure for poor communes, focusing on transport infrastructure and electricity grid; promote the application of science and technology to develop agricultural commodity production, shifting from agricultural production to agricultural economic development; prioritize the development of education and training; strengthen propaganda and mobilize people to practice civilized lifestyles in weddings, funerals, festivals, prevent early marriage and incestuous marriage...

Pay attention to vocational training and job creation, striving for "each poor or near-poor household in rural areas to have at least one person of working age who is employed or has a stable income".

Prioritizing investment resources for poor communes is expected to contribute to rapidly reducing the rate of poor households; preventing poverty relapse; contributing to economic growth, ensuring social security, improving material and spiritual life, increasing people's income, and gradually narrowing the rich-poor gap between communes in the province...
