On the afternoon of September 10, the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front held a launching ceremony to support people affected by storm No. 3. At the launching ceremony, agencies, businesses, organizations, charitable individuals and localities registered to support the amount of over 407 billion VND.
Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien launched an appeal to support people affected by storm No. 3.
Based on the damage situation and actual conditions of the localities, the Central Relief Mobilization Committee agreed to provide the first phase of support to 20 localities affected by storm No. 3 with a total amount of 380 billion VND. Of which, Phu Tho is among the 8 provinces receiving level 1 support with 30 billion VND each. The remaining provinces receiving level 1 support include: Lang Son, Cao Bang, Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Bac Giang, Thai Nguyen, and Hoa Binh.
Level 2, including 8 provinces: Thai Binh, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Lai Chau, Son La, Dien Bien, Tuyen Quang, Bac Kan, each province 15 billion VND.
Level 3, including 4 provinces: Ninh Binh, Bac Ninh, Nam Dinh, Ha Giang, each province 5 billion VND.
