On the official Facebook page of the US Embassy in Vietnam, the Delegation posted on October 10, affirming that it was "proud to attend the vibrant parade and celebration on the occasion of Hanoi Liberation Day".
"Marching alongside our Vietnamese friends, we reflect on the resilience and spirit of this great city and the enduring bond between America and Vietnam," the statement on the page said.
The statement also said: "We cherish Hanoi as a symbol of history, culture and development. Together we continue to build a future rooted in mutual respect, shared prosperity and a growing partnership."
The British Embassy also sent congratulations on the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of Hanoi on its official Facebook page.
On October 10, British Ambassador Iain Frew attended the 70th Anniversary of Hanoi Liberation Day at the National Convention Center.
"In this joyful atmosphere, the British Embassy joined the crowd in the Hoan Kiem Lake area to look back at the historical milestones of the City," the statement on its Facebook page said, attaching images of embassy staff and officials wearing traditional Ao Dai costumes participating in commemorative events around the Hoan Kiem Lake area.
"The British Government affirms its commitment to working with the people of Hanoi in particular and Vietnam in general to create a future for Security, Prosperity and Sustainability," the statement said.
Along with that, the Embassy of India also sent congratulations on the 70th anniversary of Hanoi Liberation Day along with the logo image of this meaningful anniversary, posted on the Embassy's Facebook page on October 10, 2024.
Korean Ambassador to Vietnam, Mr. Choi Young Sam, was one of the diplomatic representatives attending the national ceremony to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital, held at the National Convention Center, Hanoi on October 10.

In a previous interview with the Government Electronic Newspaper, Ambassador Choi Young Sam stated that, just like South Korea achieved the "miracle of the Han River", the capital Hanoi will create the "miracle of the Red River", a symbol of Vietnam's economic development.
The Embassy of Israel in Vietnam also sent congratulations on the anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital (October 10) on its official Facebook page.
“I would like to send my best wishes to Vietnamese friends and Hanoians on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the return of the capital to the people. The struggle and defense of the independence of the Vietnamese people is an inspiring story to many countries around the world, including Israel,” the embassy said in a statement.
