The remaining states are Vermont (3), New Hampshire (3), Massachusetts (11), Rhode Island (4), District of Columbia (3), Delaware (3), Illinois (19), Virginia (13).

According to an update from the AP election map, as of 8:45 a.m. on November 6 (Vietnam time), Ms. Harris is leading Mr. Trump in the battleground state of Pennsylvania (19 electoral votes) by about 69%-31%.

Regarding the popular vote, also according to the French news agency's update, with 10 victories, former President Trump currently received nearly 30 million votes, while current Vice President Harris won more than 26.8 million popular votes.

To become president of the United States, a candidate must receive at least 270 of the nation's 538 electoral votes.
