Previously, on March 19, the working group of the Neo-My Dong Construction Management Station (Bac Hung Hai Irrigation Works Exploitation Company Limited) discovered that Mr. Cham's family was building a house in the converted area with a total area of ​​over 60 ^m2 . This entire area is within the protection corridor of the Cuu An River irrigation works.
