Mr. Phung Phu Phong is the Secretary of Son Tra District Party Committee.

Director of the Department of Construction of Da Nang Phung Phu Phong was assigned by the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee to hold the position of Secretary of the Son Tra District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

On February 10, at the Conference to announce the decision on personnel work, the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee announced the Decision to transfer Mr. Phung Phu Phong (Director of the Department of Construction) to work at the Son Tra District Party Committee, appointing him to hold the position of Member of the Party Executive Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Secretary of the Son Tra District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Mr. Phung Phu Phong (49 years old), from Hoa Chau commune, Hoa Vang district, has a PhD in Planning.

Mr. Phung Phu Phong has held the following positions: Deputy Director of the Danang Institute of Construction Planning, Deputy Director in charge of the Danang Department of Construction (from June 2020), Director of the Danang Department of Construction (from May 2021).

At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee also decided to assign, transfer, and appoint Son Tra District Party Secretary Pham Truong Son to work at the Party Committee of the city's Party agencies, appointing him to hold the positions of Member of the Party Executive Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the city's Party agencies for the 2020-2025 term.

Mr. Pham Truong Son (56 years old), from Dai Thanh commune, Dai Loc district, Quang Nam province, has a professional qualification of Master of Road and Bridge Construction Engineering.

Mr. Pham Truong Son has held the following positions: Head of the Management Board of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks, Secretary of Son Tra District Party Committee (from November 2022).
