Wife of late Chairman Nguyen Thien Tuan receives additional shares

According to information from Construction Development Investment Corporation (DIC Corp, code DIG), Ms. Le Thi Ha Thanh, mother of Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong, Chairman of the Board of Directors, continues to register to receive additional shares.

From September 17 to October 16, Ms. Thanh only received the transfer of 3.783 million shares out of the total registered 20.753 million shares. The reason for not completing the transaction is that she is carrying out the transfer procedures at the relevant agency according to regulations.

From October 24 to November 22, Ms. Thanh continued to register to receive the transfer of an additional 16.969 million shares. This is the receipt of assets in the joint assets of the couple after the husband passed away.

Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong registered to inherit 20,753 million shares from his father, expected to receive from October 21 to November 19.

After the transaction, Mr. Hung Cuong will increase his holding ratio from nearly 62 million shares (10.16%) to more than 82.7 million shares, equivalent to 13.56% of charter capital.

Previously, on August 19, Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors to replace the late Chairman of the Board of Directors Nguyen Thien Tuan.

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nga's husband sold more than 43 million shares.

According to the information announced, Mr. Le Huu Bau, husband of Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank, code SSB) sold more than 43.76 million shares on October 24, by negotiation.

After the transaction, Mr. Bau still holds more than 50.61 million shares, accounting for 1.785%.

Previously, Mr. Le Tuan Anh (Ms. Nga's son) sold 1.5 million shares from September 12 to October 9.

At SeABank, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga owns 111.58 million shares. Ms. Le Thu Thuy (Ms. Nga's daughter) holds 65.65 million shares.

Billionaire Nguyen Dang Quang's daughter registered to buy 10 million shares

Ms. Nguyen Yen Linh, daughter of Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Masan Group Corporation (code MSN) has just registered to buy 10 million shares, from October 29 to November 18, by agreement and order matching. Currently, Ms. Linh does not hold any MSN shares.

At the end of the trading session on October 24, MSN was priced at VND78,500/share. Therefore, Ms. Linh may have to spend about VND785 billion to carry out this transaction.

Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang currently holds 18 shares. Mr. Quang's wife - Ms. Nguyen Hoang Yen (Ms. Nguyen Yen Linh's mother), holds nearly 50.9 million shares, equivalent to 3.36%.

Coteccons Chairman buys shares

Mr. Bolat Duisenov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company (code CTD) bought 200,000 shares, the transaction was conducted from September 24 to October 23. After the transaction, the Chairman of Coteccons increased his ownership from 1.428 million shares to 1.628 million units (accounting for 1.57% of charter capital).

Provisionally calculated at the price of 66,800 VND/share on October 24, Mr. Bolat Duisenov spent more than 13.36 billion VND on the above transaction.

Regarding the business results of the 2024 fiscal year (July 2023 - June 2024), revenue reached VND 21,045 billion, an increase of 31% compared to the 2023 fiscal year. Profit after tax increased by 343%, reaching VND 299 billion.
