Previously, in mid-September, Ms. Le Thi Ha Thanh - Mr. Tuan's wife - inherited more than 20.75 million DIG shares from Mr. Tuan and increased her ownership ratio from 0% to 3.4% of shares. At that time, these shares were worth 450 billion VND.

Thus, the shares at DIC Corp of the late chairman of DIC Corp. have been divided.

Based on the closing price of DIG shares on October 16, which was 20,000 VND/share, it is estimated that the number of shares Mr. Cuong received is worth more than 415 billion VND.

Previously, on August 19, Mr. Cuong (1982) - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and at the same time the legal representative of DIC Corp. replacing his father, Mr. Nguyen Thien Tuan.
