Mr. Nguyen Canh Toan is Vice Chairman of the State Capital Management Committee.

The Prime Minister has just issued a decision to appoint Mr. Nguyen Canh Toan, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises. This decision takes effect from August 15.

Mr. Nguyen Canh Toan was born in 1976, hometown Nghe An, senior expert, Master's degree in Human Resource Management, senior political theory.

Before being appointed as Vice Chairman of the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises, Mr. Toan was a member of the Party Executive Committee and Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel. Previously, during his work, Mr. Toan held various positions and positions at a number of advisory departments of the State Audit Office before being transferred and appointed as Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Central Economic Commission.

Thus, with the above appointment decision, the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises currently has 4 vice chairmen, including Mr. Ho Sy Hung, Nguyen Ngoc Canh, Do Huu Huy and Nguyen Canh Toan. The Chairman of the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises is Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh.

The State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises is a government agency assigned to exercise the rights and responsibilities of the State owner representative for state-owned enterprises in accordance with the law. The tasks of the owner representative agency focus on two major areas of work: capital flow management and human resource management at state-owned enterprises.
